Requirements
Must have
- Senior level
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with loans, lending and/or loan servicing
- Strong understanding of escrow administration, investor servicing, Freddie Mac and FHLB servicing
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and communication skills
- Ability to assist in training, coaching and developing staff
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Proven ability to independently resolve complex servicing issues
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Nice to have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with loans, lending and/or loan servicing
What you'll actually do
- Serve as the department's primary mortgage servicing subject matter expert
- Assist with workflow management, staff prioritization, onboarding and cross-training
- Act as the backup to the Loan Servicing Manager
- Administer complex mortgage servicing transactions and resolve escalated customer issues
- Oversee escrow administration and escrow analysis activities
- Manage investor servicing requirements, including Freddie Mac and FHLB participation servicing
