About jobynet

Most job hunting is guesswork about money. Two roles at the same pay, in the same city, read nothing alike — one buries the requirements six paragraphs down, the other never mentions salary at all. You find out what a job actually pays somewhere around the third interview.

jobynet exists to move that to the top. Every listing shows what it pays, what you need, and how that compares to what similar roles nearby are paying — before you spend an evening on an application.

We don't rewrite listings

We restructure them. The words are the employer's; the shape is ours. Nothing on a job page is invented.

Where the numbers come from

The salary is the employer's. The comparison is ours: the In context section is computed across every active listing for the same role and location in our index — what they pay at the 25th, 50th and 75th percentile, how many are open, which skills keep appearing.

We hide it when there aren't enough comparable roles to be meaningful. A median drawn from four listings is a number, not an answer.
