Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Client service experience or comparable experience
Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients
Ability to engage clients, communicating clearly and politely and anticipating needs
Ability to work collaboratively as a team to deliver seamless service

Greet clients and use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check-ins and client meetings
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options
Build relationships with clients, sharing product knowledge and solutions
Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM
Comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements
