Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience
Good knowledge of general office routine and office equipment (phones, computers, copiers, scanners)
Excellent computer skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and as a team member under minimal supervision
Self-motivated, with willingness to learn and apply new procedures and concepts

Review and verify loans in the loan origination system for errors and correct discrepancies
Follow up with all parties to ensure loan file documents are received, scanned and stored
Provide prompt, courteous service and general information on policies and procedures
Handle daily accounting activities including receipts and disbursements
Complete system maintenance of customer or loan information
Assist with general administrative duties to support branch operations
