Must have
- Senior level
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant industry/consulting experience
- Understanding of various industry business models and key dynamics
- Exposure to the water sector and transformation-focused projects
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Collaborative, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to think independently and take initiative in the face of ambiguity
Nice to have
- MBA or PhD/MA/MS in a quantitative field (business, engineering, mathematics, sciences, economics)
What you'll actually do
- Lead workstreams and day-to-day project delivery across strategy and transformation engagements
- Work directly with senior stakeholders and build strong client relationships
- Support operational improvement and value-creation initiatives
- Deliver high-quality analysis, presentations and recommendations
- Coach and support junior team members
- Contribute to business development, practice growth and thought leadership
