Requirements

Senior level
Bachelor's degree (business, finance, engineering, construction management) or 7-10 years in a similar role
Good knowledge of MS Office
Working knowledge of cost, schedule, estimating and accounting interfaces
Understanding of project scope, schedule and their relationship to cost and progress
Problem-solving attitude and high level of coordination skills
Effectiveness in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
Effectiveness in working in a multifunctional team

Set up and implement project controls systems and maintain project controls reports
Analyze and interpret cost forecasting and trending
Prepare monthly project forecast
Lead change management efforts, including cost estimates and contract amendments
Monitor variations from the scope of work and assess related impacts
Analyze committed costs, actual vs budget, performance and productivity
