Requirements

Must have

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, required for travel
  • Background in teaching, training coordination, or other related field
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Criminal background check and drug screen upon conditional offer of hire

Nice to have

  • Associate or bachelor's degree

What you'll actually do

  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of training sessions and assignments
  • Assign training programs to employees based on their roles and development needs
  • Track employee training progress and maintain accurate records of training activities
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
  • Facilitate training sessions as needed and provide support to trainers
