Requirements

Must have

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, required for travel
Background in teaching, training coordination, or other related field
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Criminal background check and drug screen upon conditional offer of hire

Nice to have

Associate or bachelor's degree

What you'll actually do

Coordinate and manage the scheduling of training sessions and assignments
Assign training programs to employees based on their roles and development needs
Track employee training progress and maintain accurate records of training activities
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
Facilitate training sessions as needed and provide support to trainers
