Must have

- 3+ years of sales, business development, or membership recruitment experience
- Excels at networking, relationship-building, and business development
- Confident communicator and natural connector
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Lives in the Greater Philadelphia area
What you'll actually do
- Identify and engage prospective member companies
- Build relationships with local business owners, executives, and entrepreneurs
- Conduct outbound prospecting efforts
- Align business needs with Chamber programs and services
- Attend and leverage Chamber events to develop new member leads
- Manage all membership sales activities through a CRM system
