Requirements
Must have
- Valid driver's license meeting underwriting requirements
- Written and technical communication
- Customer relations and customer service
- Math aptitude and time management
- Manual dexterity skills
- Invest in tools necessary to perform at expected levels
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Availability for overtime as needed
Nice to have
- Diesel certification from accredited trade school
What you'll actually do
- Review service orders and inspect equipment for additional repairs or malfunctions
- Apply technical knowledge to diagnose cause of equipment malfunctions
- Perform repairs and maintenance service work to approved quality and efficiency standards
- Test drive and complete equipment inspections per company and governed standards
- Complete service orders and warranty reports; retain, tag and store removed parts for return
- Discard residual or hazardous waste using proper disposal methods
