Requirements
Must have
- Valid driver's license
- 2+ years of automotive service, automotive mechanic and/or engine diagnostic experience
- Must have technician tools
- Ability to operate and drive vehicles
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
- Willingness to work Saturdays
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping and bending
- Exert 50–100 lbs of force occasionally and 10–25 lbs frequently
Nice to have
- ASE Certification
What you'll actually do
- Perform basic and advanced car maintenance and repair tasks
- Inspect vehicles for potential problems and troubleshoot issues
- Perform skilled mechanical work while analyzing and diagnosing problems
- Inspect, replace and/or repair defective parts
- Perform preventative maintenance on automobiles
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
