Requirements
Must have
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Mechanically inclined
- Customer service skills
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen
- Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Exert 50–100 lbs of force occasionally and 10–25 lbs frequently
- Prolonged standing, stooping and bending
Nice to have
- 1+ years of experience in basic car care
What you'll actually do
- Change oil and oil filters in cars and light trucks
- Provide tire care: installation, repair and rotation
- Inspect and top off engine fluids
- Lubricate front-end parts as needed
- Perform vehicle inspections following a checklist of trouble spots such as belts, hoses and brakes
- Move and operate customer vehicles into and out of service bays
