Requirements
Must have
- Lead level
- Bachelor's degree or equal industry related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Able to obtain and maintain relevant contractor's licenses in the branch's state
- 3+ years of boiler or other HVAC/mechanical service management experience
- Experience leading teams with at least 5+ direct reports
- Experience with boiler service, mechanical contracting/installation
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office products
Nice to have
- Mechanical or similar engineering degree
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
What you'll actually do
- Manage a team of boiler mechanics and technicians, including conflict resolution and discipline
- Schedule technicians efficiently to achieve service utility KPIs and billable hours metrics
- Provide project management oversight of service components of all sold jobs
- Develop service scopes of work, including pricing, for service proposals
- Support proposal creation, service quotes and service agreement quotes in coordination with sales
- Conduct bi-annual performance reviews of technicians
