Requirements
Must have
- Senior level
- Degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in manufacturing engineering or relevant field
- Demonstrated success in process improvement, capital projects and leading engineering initiatives
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies and GD&T
- May require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
Nice to have
- Experience with equipment procurement
- Experience with managing Capex projects
- Familiarity with Fanuc HandlingTool or ArcTool
- Proficiency in SolidWorks
What you'll actually do
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing process development for assigned projects
- Apply advanced manufacturing principles to optimize equipment performance and production processes
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste and improve quality
- Establish and standardize manufacturing methods and best practices
- Coordinate cross-functional and external resources to execute project deliverables
- Support VPI launch activities
