Requirements

Senior level
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical or industrial engineering, or a related field
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials and production systems
Proven experience leading process improvements and technical projects
Proficiency with engineering drawings, specifications and process documentation
Strong data analysis and statistical problem-solving skills
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check

Exposure to HVAC manufacturing or regulated industries (aerospace, automotive, medical or defense)
Experience with automation, robotics, CNC machining and assembly lines
Experience with complex manufacturing systems
Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement certification

Develop, implement and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions and SOPs
Lead process improvements focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost targets
Support new product introduction (NPI), including process development, tooling and production readiness
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues
Specify, design or validate production equipment, tooling, fixtures and automation
Lead capital projects from concept through installation, qualification and handoff
