Requirements
Must have
- Mid level
- Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited institution
- Licensed as an OT-L
- 2+ years of experience working with a pediatric population
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Flexible schedule
- Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice to have
- Experience with youth with serious emotional and behavioral health disturbances and their families
What you'll actually do
- Provide individualized therapy to youth and young adults in sensory integration, motor, social and self-care skills
- Provide assessment and direct treatment, as well as consultation
- Serve youth under 21 with co-occurring mental health and neurodevelopmental needs
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team with a clinician, BCBA, therapeutic support specialist and family partner
