Salary - From $22 / hr

Requirements

2–3 years of maintenance, construction or related experience (plumbing, electric, carpentry, appliance repairs)
Reliable transportation for on-call rotation and after-hours community emergencies
Availability for Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm schedule with on-call rotation
Lift up to 50 lbs, bending and stretching
Standing and walking for long periods of time
Exposure to chemicals
May push loaded carts on carpeted surfaces

Perform maintenance including painting, caulking, HVAC, lock, window/door, electrical and appliance repairs
Complete suite make-readies using the AVE Maintenance Technician checklist
Complete resident service requests within 24 hours
Maintain, clean and organize garbage enclosures, dumpsters and garage compactor rooms
Cover after-hours on-call rotation and community emergencies such as flood, fire and power loss
Handle snow removal to keep the community clear and accessible

Salary: From $22 / hr
