Requirements

High school diploma or GED
2 years of building maintenance experience including heating, plumbing, electrical and general repair
Ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures
Decision-making and communication skills
Reading and writing skills for documentation
Appropriate transportation and basic tools
Ability to be on call in evenings and weekends
Able to work independently and as a team member

Ensure residential homes, grounds and property are well maintained and in good repair
Complete maintenance repairs as necessary
Participate in general maintenance planning and capital improvements planning
Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair of the organization's vehicle fleet
Coordinate and secure external vendors for skilled maintenance repairs
Ensure maintenance documentation is completed and maintained for all repairs

Salary: Up to $18.50 / hr
