Salary - $28–$30 / hr

Requirements

Active Texas LVT license (recent graduates pending VTNE or eligible out-of-state transfers considered)
5+ years of veterinary technician experience
Emergency and critical care nursing skills, including patient triage and IV catheter placement
Fluid therapy administration and medication calculations
Proficiency in monitoring anesthesia and patient vital signs
Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Communication and client service skills
Availability for evenings (Monday–Friday) and weekends

Provide rapid assessment and triage of emergency patients to prioritize treatment
Perform advanced nursing care, including IV catheters, medications, fluids and critical care support
Assist veterinarians during emergency procedures, diagnostics, surgery and resuscitation, including CPR
Monitor anesthesia and patient vital signs, documenting changes in condition
Educate pet owners on treatment plans, discharge instructions and home care requirements

Salary: $28–$30 / hr
