Requirements
Must have
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Licensed by the State of Ohio and current on all CEUs
- Valid Ohio driving license
- Competent with computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to delegate tasks
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor
Nice to have
- Group home experience
What you'll actually do
- Provide supervision and professional care to individuals under the direction of the Registered Nurse
- Provide training and guidance to Direct Support Professionals
- Administer medication as required
- Assist with routine treatments and nursing services/tasks
- Monitor the medical needs of individuals and communicate any change of status
- Contribute to the nursing plan of care and maintain infection control logs
