Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and typing skills
Excellent data entry skills
Ability to prioritize workload and meet production goals in a high-volume environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues effectively
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Lift up to 15 lbs; standing, walking, stooping and kneeling to transport samples

Process and verify incoming sample packages, ensuring chain of custody and package integrity
Input and audit patient and contract information into the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
Manage case assignments, track progress, and determine case resolution and closure
Identify complete and partial cases, following established procedures for processing
Prepare and send final reports, chain-of-custody documents and affidavits
Collaborate with Laboratory Operations and Customer Service to facilitate case resolution
