Requirements

Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
New Hampshire independent licensure in a counseling discipline, or plan to obtain it within 2 years of hire
CPR, First Aid, AED and CPI certification, or a plan for timely completion upon hire
Experience in group counseling
Knowledge and experience in the treatment of mental illness and substance use
Understanding of stages of change and experience delivering evidence-based practices
Experience working with commercial/private insurance
Satisfactory criminal background screening and negative pre-employment drug screening

Facilitate group therapy, including Coping Skills, CBT and Recovery Basics
Provide individual therapy using evidence-based and stage of change practices
Provide comprehensive case management
Complete comprehensive intake assessments
Assess mental status on an ongoing basis and provide crisis intervention as needed
Coordinate comprehensive discharge and aftercare plans
