Customer service experience handling a high volume of daily quotes, calls and emails
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience using Excel to create tables and reports and to analyze data
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning and relationship-building skills
Pre-employment background check and drug screening

Promote and grow business with existing or assigned accounts
Proactively engage prospective customers and develop contacts
Drive opportunities under $50,000 with customer calls and follow-up
Propose products and solutions for customer problems
Collaborate with customer service on pricing and quotes
Perform analytics such as research, reporting, data gathering and small order or quote opportunities
