Requirements
Must have
- Ability to obtain a Sheriff's Card and TAM Card
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong familiarity with Downtown Las Vegas, its businesses and services
- Problem-solving skills to handle guest issues and requests
- At least 21 years old
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Stand and walk for extended periods in indoor and outdoor environments
What you'll actually do
- Greet and welcome patrons to Container Park
- Walk the premises and keep it free of refuse, graffiti and hazardous materials
- Provide verbal directions to visitors to different areas of Container Park
- Report suspicious activity or dangerous situations to the proper authority
- Complete witness statements and internal incident reports
- Monitor Container Park surveillance system
