Requirements
Must have
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, logistics, or fitness industry
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently in a goal-oriented environment
- Ability to re-prioritize tasks and adapt to change throughout the workday
- Legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship
Nice to have
- Call center experience
What you'll actually do
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, dealers and service partners
- Document all interactions and case details in the CSRM system
- Assist customers with non-warranty parts orders, order status, shipping updates and product questions
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for in-home and commercial fitness equipment
- Use schematics and troubleshooting manuals to resolve basic mechanical/electrical issues
- Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to higher-level support or technical teams
