Requirements

2 years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and the internet
Clerical skills in managing files, records and office procedures
Ability to read and speak English
Pre-employment basic math skills test
Pre-employment background check and drug screen
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Occasionally lift, carry, push or pull up to 20 lbs

Respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints concerning work orders, shipments and inventory
Schedule inbound and outbound appointments within the DMS (Dock Management System)
Communicate between customers, brokers or freight forwarders and warehouse operations on accounts
Process and verify computer-generated invoices
Generate paperwork for customer work orders, expedite and track orders, and post inventory records
Research issues, obtain approvals and process credits and debits
