Requirements
Must have
- Strong communication and phone etiquette
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Frequently stand, walk and sit throughout the workday
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Safely operate a forklift after training
- Availability for occasional overtime
Nice to have
- Forklift experience
What you'll actually do
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate team members
- Write up and enter repair orders with accurate customer and equipment information
- Assist customers with dropping off and picking up electric motors and equipment
- Coordinate with technicians and communicate repair updates to customers
- Process customer payments and complete service paperwork
- Operate a forklift to move motors safely throughout the shop
