Lead level
College, university or equivalent degree, or experience leading a complex technical site and systems
Experience managing a large site budget
Significant experience evaluating and working with numerous contractors
Ability to manage projects without outside general contracting
Structured problem solving (7 step process or similar) with internal and external experts
Facilities management expertise across operations, maintenance, design, technology and real estate
General leadership ability as a visible leader on campus

Lead and direct the daily activities of the facilities team
Contribute to annual operating and capital plans, manage budgets and control expenditures
Develop and implement utility expense management strategies
Oversee contractors, skilled trades and service providers
Oversee facility maintenance, repairs and renovations
Recruit, coach, mentor and motivate facilities team employees
