Salary - $49,995–$54,600 / yr
Requirements
Must have
- NYS driver's license
- High school diploma, GED and/or trade school diploma
- 5 years of experience in building maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, painting and electrical)
- Must provide own hand tools
- Able to work additional or adjusted hours as needed, including evenings and weekends
What you'll actually do
- Identify and repair maintenance problems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical)
- Maintain air conditioners by cleaning filters and condensers monthly
- Check smoke detectors, emergency lights and fire exit locks monthly
- Unclog drains, toilets and sinks
- Monitor oil and boiler temperature
- Supervise porter/handyman/cleaner
