2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience and/or education in natural resources
Ability to travel for field assignments
US citizenship
In-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office

Master's degree in biology, ecology, environmental science, natural resources, or related field
4+ years of relevant experience in environmental consulting or natural resources
Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS), wetland certification, or eligibility to obtain certification
Experience performing wetland delineations using the 1987 USACE Wetland Delineation Manual
Experience preparing or supporting Clean Water Act Sections 404 and 401 permit applications
Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS Field Maps

Prepare wetland delineation reports, aquatic resource and habitat assessments, and biological technical reports
Prepare and support Section 404 and Section 401 permit applications and mitigation documentation
Conduct wetland delineations, stream assessments, habitat evaluations and vegetation surveys
Utilize GIS, aerial photography, soil surveys and agency databases for environmental constraints analyses
Coordinate with USACE, USFWS, IDEM and other agencies on permitting and environmental review
Coordinate technical tasks and manage assigned project deliverables
