Requirements

Executive level
Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, public health, actuarial science or related field
7+ years of progressive experience in medical economics, healthcare analytics, actuarial analysis or related field
Strong understanding of VBC programs and healthcare claims, clinical, financial, quality and operational data
Past experience with relational databases and statistical programming
Experience evaluating healthcare interventions using rigorous program-evaluation methods
Mastery of causal inference and quasi-experimental study design
Experience with attribution, risk adjustment, benchmarking, trend and financial impact measurement
Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, actuarial, finance, operations or product teams

Partner with the VP, VBC Impact & Strategy to translate analytic plans, data requirements and metrics
Develop and execute analyses of clinical, financial, operational, quality, utilization and health-equity performance
Apply methods for attribution, risk adjustment, benchmarking, trend analysis and program evaluation
Identify and quantify material drivers of cost, utilization, quality and clinical outcomes
Develop analytic exhibits and supporting materials for payer, provider, state, executive and Board audiences
Maintain a prioritized analytic workplan and delivery cadence for VBC Impact & Strategy priorities
