Requirements
Must have
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
- Retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks
- Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
- Criminal history review
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in a delivery, retail or customer service position
- Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Spanish
- Ability to communicate in more than one language
What you'll actually do
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
- Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals
- Tint and mix products to customer specifications
- Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, stock shelves and set up displays
- Load and unload delivery trucks and assist in making deliveries
