Requirements

Senior level
BA/BS in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering or Construction Management
6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
US employment authorization without sponsorship, now or in the future
Attend in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office

Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience collaborating with District of Columbia agencies or Federal government in DC Metro
Experience managing budgets for construction projects
Previous experience in a leadership role

Oversee validation of products and materials ordered for projects against specifications
Monitor and assess construction performance and record construction activities
Manage inspection work in progress to assure methods, materials and equipment meet standards
Manage project document control, including daily reports, submittals, RFIs and change orders
Coordinate with the general contractor on scheduling of all required tests and inspections
Review, provide comments on and approve pay applications
