Requirements

Must have

  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to maintain detailed notes and provide timely follow-up
  • Frequent sitting, reaching, twisting and handling; constant seeing, hearing and grasping
  • Lift/carry up to 35 lbs occasionally; push/pull up to 25 lbs frequently

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working with contractors or in a commercial sales setting

What you'll actually do

  • Support commercial sales through order entry, cost quoting and customer communications
  • Build and develop strategic relationships with customers
  • Generate new leads for all territories
  • Follow up on quotes
  • Enter new customers and update accounts
  • Answer all phone calls for the commercial sales team and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
