Requirements
Must have
- High school diploma/GED, or 3 consecutive years of work experience as a maintenance technician
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Verifiable maintenance work experience
- General maintenance knowledge and work experience
- Able to use hand tools, power tools and light shop equipment
- Lift 50 lbs or 1/4 of own body weight
- Reference checks, background checks and drug screens
Nice to have
- Commercial building repairs and maintenance experience
- Facilities, building or home maintenance experience
- Mowing and trimming experience
- Carpentry and sheetrock experience
- HVAC, plumbing and electrical experience
- Glass replacement, door and window repair experience

- Upkeep and repairs to KETCH buildings, facilities, residential homes and properties
