Requirements

Mid level
Valid US driver's license (learner's permit does not qualify)
4+ years of technical sales experience in account management and revenue growth
Chemical water and process treatment experience
Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development
Proficiency in mathematical calculations and chemistry concepts
Mechanical and electrical aptitude for small-scale equipment and instrumentation
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; comfortable working in industrial environments
Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, environmental science or engineering
8+ years of water treatment industry experience with high school education (degree alternative)

Build and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, Memchem and process applications
Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports with improvement recommendations
Execute the Account Management Excellence Program, including Service Plans and Business Reviews
Plan and communicate Value Generation Plans for water and energy sustainability projects
Meet annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews, price escalations and negotiations
Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable business
