Requirements

Lead level
Minimum of a U.S. Government Secret Clearance
U.S. citizenship
Obtain or maintain a Texas Armed Guard license
5+ years of security, military, or law enforcement management experience
2+ years of experience managing shifts of personnel, including hiring, training and scheduling
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
Complete PGI Security Guard Certification, pre-employment and random drug screening
Available by phone or email after hours, including weekends

1 year of experience managing physical and technical security of warehouse or similar facilities
2 years of experience managing development and training of 10+ security, military, or law enforcement professionals
Experience managing within a defined chain of command with internal and external stakeholders
2 years of CCTV/Lenel electronic security system monitoring experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Manage scheduling, administration, reporting, incident response, training, timekeeping and invoicing for the site
Serve as on-site PGI representative to the customer site security manager
Ensure site contract compliance with statements of work, service level agreements and quality assurance
Assist the CAM in developing, maintaining and reporting program budgets, including minimizing unplanned overtime
Ensure 100% staffing coverage and responsibility alignment for the assigned site, team and shift
Oversee crisis management, including incident response and law enforcement and emergency services coordination
