Senior level
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and eligibility to obtain CI poly
Security+ or CASP and ITIL v4 Foundations certifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience
Knowledge in 1 or more of: VDI thin client, Windows 7/10/11, Citrix, SMS, SCCM
Knowledge of end user hardware, desktop image management, profile, e-mail and software support
Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
Ability to move and lift computers, printers, monitors and other hardware

Serve as NGA College liaison for events involving UDS IT equipment or requiring UDS support
Provide troubleshooting support for highly complex systems hardware and software issues
Perform advanced software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software
Configure and maintain networked computer systems, including hardware, system software and applications
Conduct hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance
Train end-users in the proper use of hardware and software
