What you'll actually do

  • Partner with sales and program management to define customer business and technical requirements
  • Manage installation projects, including oversight of installation partners and customer training
  • Support project schedules and milestone tracking
  • Work with Procurement on required hardware and services to ensure on-time delivery and installation
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Run weekly status calls with assigned clients
