Requirements

Lead level
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or related technology discipline
10+ years of HR technology, HRIS, product management, enterprise applications or related experience
5+ years leading teams, workstreams, platforms or portfolios
Experience owning an enterprise HCM platform such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, ADP or UKG
Experience with HRIT governance, release management, demand intake, testing and change control
Strong knowledge of enterprise HR processes and data across several domains
Hands-on end-to-end software development of complex multi-tiered systems in an agile environment
Proven people leadership and vendor management skills

Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform
Experience in a regulated, financial services, healthcare or other complex enterprise environment
Experience transitioning between major HCM platforms
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, global expansion or large workforce transformations
Experience designing AI-enabled HR services, virtual agents or intelligent automation
Ability to communicate across all levels in the organization

Serve as the accountable platform lead and engagement partner for HR leaders, technology teams and vendors
Lead end-to-end delivery of HCM initiatives, from discovery and business cases to deployment and stabilization
Direct quarterly release readiness and regression testing and drive adoption of Oracle capabilities
Establish and operate platform governance, release management, intake, prioritization and change control
Lead internal team members and delivery partners, including business analysts, developers and vendors
Apply AI-enabled automation responsibly to improve HR service delivery and operating efficiency
