Senior level
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in human services, including 3 years of supervisory experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems
Proficiency to use and train within NH EASY
Ability to master and train new software
Valid driver's license and access to a safe vehicle during scheduled working hours
$100,000/300,000 automobile liability insurance
Ability to work a flexible work schedule

Assure Family Support Council and contract funds are distributed, tracked and monitored per He-M 519.04(c)
Oversee initial service coordination, targeted case management and transition services
Promote growth and expansion of Targeted Case Management services and meet program goals and metrics
Hire, train and supervise managers within areas of oversight
Direct quality improvement activities, including review and analysis of internal QI data
Ensure the fiscal solvency of the department through close monitoring of financial matters
