Requirements

Mid level
Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, sociology, counseling or related field
2+ years in child welfare, foster care, family preservation, case management or related work
Assessment, documentation, communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Provide case management and family-centered services to children and families
Support foster parents through ongoing coaching, training and advocacy
Partner with DSS, schools, therapists, medical providers and court personnel
Develop service plans and help families work toward reunification and permanency goals
Advocate for children's educational, medical, behavioral health and developmental needs
Maintain timely documentation and compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
