Provide customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store
Promote and sell products, including the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives
Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming
Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes
Maintain merchandise displays and stock levels according to visual and commercial guidelines
