Requirements
Must have
- Junior level
- Computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
- Availability for nights, weekends and overtime as needed
- Stand constantly during shift
- Lift and carry up to 20 lbs occasionally
- Push and pull up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Occasional squatting, kneeling and bending
What you'll actually do
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
- Count cash drawers at shift start and reconcile payments received with total sales
- Tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers or optical price scanners
- Resolve customer complaints and answer customers' questions
- Stock shelves and mark prices on shelves and items
