Requirements
Must have
- Willing and able to work days, evenings and weekends
- Able to sit, stand, bend and reach for extended periods
- Lift, push, pull and carry up to 40 lbs regularly without support
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Interest in antiques, collectibles or rare items
What you'll actually do
- Evaluate donations to determine quality and value
- Price merchandise using a price guide
- Select items of exceptional value
- Move materials from trucks to processing stations to the sales floor
- Manage a category by monitoring sell-through and adjusting pricing to maximize sales
