Salary - $19–$22 / hr
Requirements
Must have
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Available weekday daytime hours; occasional required weekends
- Reliable transportation between assigned store locations and reliable internet access
- Reside within approximately 20 miles of Glendale, AZ 85387 or able to service the territory
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, iPads and apps)
- Lift up to 25 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally; push/pull carts up to 100 lbs
- Climb ladders up to 12 ft tall and operate power tools (screwdriver and drill)
Nice to have
- Some college
- Merchandising experience
What you'll actually do
- Build strong relationships with store teams
- Secure prime product placements for Mattel's brands
- Unpack cases of Mattel toys and merchandise and organize product on the sales floor
- Construct and deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking
- Implement Point of Purchase materials
- Train and lead team associates
