Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driving License (CDL)
Tankers and Hazmat (H) endorsement
High school diploma or GED
Prior commercial driving experience
Familiarity with DOT regulations for transporting hazardous and non-hazardous materials
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
Okay with being clean-shaven

Transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials from customer sites to designated sites
Perform daily inspections of vehicle and/or trailer before driving
Review shipment records, manifests, container labeling, vehicle placards and load integrity
Ensure DOT paperwork such as driver log books, permits and IFTA fuel stickers is up to date
Consult with customers on load conditions, drum counts or paperwork inconsistencies
Assist in loading/unloading of materials at designated sites
