Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid and unrestricted driver's license
Company conducted background check
Company conducted motor vehicle record check
Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse screening, as applicable

Customer service, field-based, delivery, or healthcare experience
1 year of healthcare technician, military service, delivery/field service or related experience

Deliver, set up, retrieve, clean, and maintain equipment in accordance with safety standards
Educate patients and caregivers on safe use, care, and troubleshooting of respiratory and HME equipment
Perform patient assessments and reassessments to support ongoing care
Maintain home oxygen systems through scheduled patient visits
Respond to patient equipment issues, including under emergency conditions
Process orders and complete documentation to support patient care and reimbursement
