Requirements
Must have
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state-issued driver's license and reliable personal transportation
- 1+ year of experience in a merchandising or customer service role
- Available for daily travel and occasional overnight travel
- Available to work weekends and/or a variable schedule
- Lift 35 lbs routinely, occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and use step stools for extended periods
- Computer skills: Email/Outlook, electronic ordering/PDA, Word, Excel
Nice to have
- Previous grocery/retail sales or grocery merchandising experience
- Strong customer service skills or retail sales experience
What you'll actually do
- Deliver customer service and build productive customer relationships
- Stock product, arrange product on shelves and rotate product to ensure freshness
- Build displays, implement planograms and reset sections
- Assist sales reps with stocking and writing orders and cover vacations and off time
- Order product to maintain inventory levels
- Clean and dust product and shelving
