Requirements
Must have
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers professionally and calmly
- Highly collaborative and values constant improvement
- Ability to attend a 3-week training class, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
- Onsite 5 days a week in Indianapolis, Indiana
Nice to have
- College degree or currently pursuing a degree
What you'll actually do
- Route shipments in the most cost-effective manner
- Track and trace shipments while resolving any shipping errors
- Provide customer service to business customers and carriers
- Perform a high volume of outbound calls
- Monitor freight movement through proprietary logistics technology
- Communicate transit issues to respective parties and provide solutions
