Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent certification
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or engineering, or 3 years' dispatch experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to make decisions with significant financial impact under pressure
Ability to analyze multiple data sources simultaneously
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Legal right to work in the US without sponsorship

Plan, schedule and execute delivery of hundreds of fuel loads per day
Analyze driver staffing, carrier loads, inventories, trucking costs and fuel pricing to find the lowest-cost plan
Answer a high volume of driver calls and redirect drivers when delivery plans change
Monitor store tank volumes and project sales demand to avoid store outages
Monitor gasoline and heating oil spot market prices and plan dispatches around arbitrage opportunities
Review driver DOT hours and plan safe, efficient routes
